1000 cassette copies were made by FMP in 1994, around 280 copies were sold in 3
years and then the rest were shelved. By 2002 many were broken and disposed
off, but the remaining working copies were sold.

CD released later by Embassy Productions.

Re-released on picture disc in 2004, limited to 300 copies.
