Burzum - Aske [Mini LP 1993]

"Aske" means "ashes". Recorded August 1992 at Grieghallen Studios. Produced by Count Grishnackh and Pytten. All music and lyrics by Count Grishnackh. Bass on this mini-album played by Samoth (tracks 1 and 3). "Dominus Sathanas" recorded April 1992. The first two songs are "Side Hate" and the last one "Side Winter". The English title of track 1 would be "The Voice from the Tower". The building featured on the cover is the ruins of the Fantoft Church, a church allegedly burned by Vikernes in 1992 (although he was never convicted for this). Ironically, distributed by Deathlike Silence Productions/VOW, were lighters with the album cover printed on them. Long out of print. Limited to 1000 units.
